Since we print our clothing on demand and have various warehouses across US, we don't have all the items in single place, so when you order multiple products at same time, each item will be handled and shipped separately. So you'll probably receive items at different times. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, all items come with tracking numbers. You can easily check status any time.
If you want to cancel order please contact us within 4 hours from your purchase time. The order is automated place to our warehouse and start printing as soon as they show in our system.We have a window of 4 hours to cancel from the system.
You may return your UNUSED and UNDAMAGED purchase within 15 days of the order date or exchanges are taken at any time. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the product, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. There may also be a $3 resizing fee if you are going from the S-XL size range for apparel, up to a 2X or 3X. The resizing fee only applies if you move between those two size groups. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.
If it has to do with specific colors of ink or the product, the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. It doesn't happen very often, but stuff does happen. If your receiving the wrong product or if there is a defect in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a picture of our malfunction so we can a) verify your claim and b) address the issue to correct department.
